Shannon in Sherwood

I ran/walked/climbed massive hills tonight like a robot. I thoroughly enjoyed it way more than I expected and was very proud of myself afterwards. The endorphins were in full force as I ran all over my neighborhood and probably ran more than a 5K . That is purely guessing by where all I went and the time it took. Since I didn't have it mapped out before hand I wanted to make sure I ran the whole way. I enjoyed it and hope it becomes and annual event. Here is Shannon's full post:
